At Eye Core Optics (www.eyecorebd.com), we ensure that every pair of glasses, frames, and custom-fit lenses meets strict quality standards. If you encounter any issues with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you smoothly.
1. Eligible Reasons for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- Defective or Damaged Item: The frame or lens arrives broken, scratched, or damaged.
- Wrong Product Sent: You received an item different from your order selection (model, frame color, etc.).
- Lens Power Mismatch: The delivered lens power does not match your provided doctor’s prescription.
📌 Note for Custom Prescription Lenses:
If a lens power discrepancy occurs due to an error on our part, we will re-craft and replace the lenses 100% Free of Charge.

2. Return Timeframe & Steps
- Checking at Delivery: Please inspect your parcel in front of the courier agent. In case of physical damage, you can return it on the spot.
- Claiming Post-Delivery: For internal or power discrepancies, report your claim within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
- How to Claim: Send an unboxing photo/video and your Order ID to WhatsApp at +8801641-600120 or email EyeCoreOptics@gmail.com.
3. Refunds Policy
- If an ordered product is out of stock or an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.
- Approved refunds are completed within 5 to 7 working days.
